福安廟免費送春聯，花蓮市警局同時宣導春安演習。

花蓮市福安廟在歲末年終，告別龍年迎接小龍年，與花蓮市警局共同舉辦「免費送春聯及配合春安工作防患犯罪宣導」，27日邀請書法名家曹常利及姚國慶、陳誠中、邱群祐、林泰川、林素雲、葉文祥、林添富、張月英、林紹、曾璟惠、徐秀娘、陳國禎等書法家，在福安廟揮毫寫春聯，送給民眾迎接蛇年的到來。
「歡喜福蛇迎新春、名家揮毫賀新年」活動，由花蓮市福安廟與花蓮市警局主辦，一大早花蓮市警局分局長林宏輝及三組組長洪青山、中正派出所所長邱建利等前來福安廟上香，協助主辦單位佈置會場。
主委戴豐富表示，除了迎新除舊外，和市警局共同宣導春安演習。他說，福安廟一向對文化技藝不遺餘力，而書法是傳統文化藝術的一環，為迎接102年蛇年的到來，除邀請書法家現場揮毫，贈送春聯給鄉親，可能創廟宇之先例，讓大家感受農曆春節的年節氣氛。
戴豐富說，27日是龍年尾牙的最後一天，根據傳統就是謝平安的日子，許多民眾一早到廟宇參拜，而福安廟選在27日與花蓮縣春暉書法研習會、長青書法協會合作，邀請曹常利老師及地方知名書法家，當場揮毫，春聯免費送給鄉親朋友；另外，對勞苦功高的警察同仁，馬上要執行年度春安工作，也致以最高的敬意。
花蓮警分局表示，今年度春安工作將於一月卅一日22時正式展開，希望順利達成維護全民治安的春安工作，全體員警將以服務熱心、治安平穩、交通順暢為工作目標。
1月31日晚間22時在六期重劃區，將進行春安工作首日警力展示，並設立「102年度春安工作」指揮所，務求讓花蓮鄉親擁有幸福、快樂的春節假期。
