    台北：客家文化主題公園本周加碼推出客家全牛餐，由台北國際牛肉麵節料理常勝軍的「洪師父牛肉麵」洪金龍主廚，傳授如何將客家醃醬融入牛肉料理，免費教學名額有限，將在六日、七日晚上六點至九點舉行，報名：二三六九一一九八分機三二七張先生。
