1999專線免費明年增新北基隆 - 爽報

全台16縣市設有「1999市民熱線」，目前僅台北市、高雄市、台中市、桃園縣、花蓮縣可免費撥打，明年可望新增新北市和基隆市。
兩市政府均指，預算通過後最快明年實施，市話或月租型行動電話撥打1999均免費，估約433萬民眾將受惠；另北市將新增預付卡用戶比照行動電話也可免費撥打。
