聯航錯售「免費機票」有效

核心提示：外國烏龍事件時有發生，不少公司也因此而有所損失。美國聯合航空當地時間上周四因網站一時出錯，竟然在官網售出了不少「免費機票」，發言人之後宣布，相關旅客的確可以免費使用這些免費機票。

　　【本報國際組報道】外國烏龍事件時有發生，不少公司也因此而有所損失。美國聯合航空當地時間上周四因網站一時出錯，竟然在官網售出了不少「免費機票」，發言人之後宣布，相關旅客的確可以免費使用這些免費機票。

　　美國聯合航空上周四因網站出錯售出不少「免費機票」，發言人在翌日宣布有關旅客可免費使用這些機票。聯航發言人克拉克在電郵中說，「聯航已審視12日發生的烏龍事件，並決定由於情況特殊，我們將允許客人使用這些機票」。

　　美聯社報道，聯航網站出錯，部分機票價格錯誤標示為「0美元」。許多聯航顧客僅以五美元或10美元的911安全費用（Sept. 11 security fee）買下機票。聯航沒有透露賣出多少「免費」機票。烏龍事件發生後，聯航暫時關閉網站以修復問題，也暫停電話購票服務約兩個小時。
