Youbike現在越來越夯，民眾最大的困擾就是想租車卻撲空，或是要還車的時候才發現沒有空位，有6名台大生花了三個禮拜研發一款免費的Youbike APP，可以預估每個站要等多久才會有空位和空車，Youbike APP在APP Store上架一個禮拜下載量就突破兩萬人，甚至登上旅遊類排行榜冠軍，未來更打算推出Android版本造福更多民眾。

平均年齡24歲的台大研究生，就是幕後研發團隊，花費三個禮拜打造免費APP在APP Store上架，短短一周下載量破兩萬人，甚至登上旅遊排行榜冠軍。每隔三分鐘即時更新等待時間，連線速度快只需0.2秒就能顯示地圖路線，不只造福蘋果用戶，研發團隊也打算在8月底推出Android版本。

只是大學生在研發路上為了找到品質和成本的中間值，也曾面臨很多掙扎，台大生把構想付諸實現不賺半毛錢，就是想讓喜歡騎YouBike的民眾不用再苦惱一位難求。
