法扶會律師駐府 服務金門民眾

（中央社記者陳守國金門8日電）法律扶助基金會台北分會執行秘書謝幸伶今天下午拜會金門縣長李沃士，應允每月1天派律師到縣府提供免費法律諮詢服務。

謝幸伶由縣府行政處長陳朝金陪同，拜會李沃士，提出每個月1天請基金會律師駐縣府提供法律諮詢服務，獲李沃士支持，並初步選擇縣府行政處一處較隱密的空間供律師作業。

李沃士建議需要法律諮詢服務的民眾，向縣府服務台預約登記後，再到較隱密的空間向律師請教。

目前法律扶助基金會金門分會每週有2天提供民眾視訊法律諮詢服務，每個月1天律師到場服務。縣府行政處統計，從民國94年7月到今年6月底，提供942件法律扶助案，基金會指派律師協助撰寫訴狀、協助出庭；也提供2588個法律諮詢服務。服務項目以土地爭議居多。

法扶基金會100年與縣府服務中心合作，轉介民眾到法扶基金會金門分會接受免費法律諮詢服務。1020808
