【動新聞╱台南報導】由台南市政府觀光局主辦的「2013馬沙溝音樂節」將於下週五、六，在馬沙溝濱海遊憩園區登場，今年台南市政府特地邀請海洋音樂祭創辦人張四十三擔任節目總策劃，邀請戴佩妮、張震嶽、丁噹、四分衛等，共１０組知名藝人接力演出。交通觀光局長陳俊安說，活動完全免費，只要打卡上傳照片即送限量贈品，還可領取摸彩券，有機會獲得日本來回機票加富士音樂會門票，且一人中獎二人同行。
