台南市舉辦「台南0歲閱讀爬爬go」，只要是今年出生登記在台南市的0歲寶寶，父母親可憑戶口名簿且攜帶身份證，到圖書館為寶寶辦借書證，就可免費獲贈圖書閱讀禮袋1份，台南市40間各區公共圖書館從6月1日起全面發放。
另外，中壢市圖書館則是設籍中壢市，97年1月1日以後出生的0~5歲寶寶，且尚未申領過者，可憑戶口名簿到中壢市立圖書館總館為寶寶申辦借書證，便能獲贈閱讀禮袋1份，數量有限、贈完為止。活動資訊洽台南市立圖書館總館06-2255146；中壢市立圖書館03-4224597分機101、304。
