北韓核試 傳先知會大陸美國

    　韩国「联合新闻通讯社」报导，朝鲜事先已知会北京及华府当局，打算进行核子测试。

    　韩联社引述韩国匿官员说法，朝鲜昨天已事先警告中国大陆及美国。

    　联合国安全理事会1名外交官员也表示，朝鲜进行了核子测试。

    　这名匿名官员表示：「我们接获韩国通知，朝鲜已进行核试。」1020212
