農曆春節要到了，不少人都會購買春聯，基隆市文化局26日邀請青田書學會成員，免費為民眾揮毫寫春聯，現場還有蛇年版畫摸彩活動。文化局表示，手寫春聯愈來愈稀少，希望藉此宣揚書畫藝術，也提前向大家拜年。
