【本報訊】家是孕育我們成長的地方，同時也是磨練我們的場域。今年暑假，任林教育基金會邀請你與家人一起為愛行動、為家感動，讓「家」倍感幸福。

當天的上午場講座，邀請到基金會的輔導老師吳建豪，分享親子溝通，幫助家長讀懂孩子的內心世界，不讓孩子築起的牆阻斷親子關係的發展。下午場講座則邀請3L幸福關係執行長林麗玲，來談覺察與親子教養。透過覺察，理解自己的教養觀與教養來源，幫助自己溫和而清楚地整理負面情緒與不當想法，更接近當下的真實，不落入自己情緒的問題，更自在地與孩子親近。
