【林泊志／宜蘭報導】宜蘭縣盲人按摩協會今天上午在宜蘭市公所舉辦「102年度社區巡迴按摩宣導活動」，由視障按摩師免費替民眾按摩抒解壓力。被按摩的民眾通體舒暢，直說：「好舒服」、「還是專業的厲害！」
