照片網站Flickr改版變酷 奉送1TB免費儲存空間

雅虎(Yahoo)左踢臉書、右打Google！繼收購微網誌Tumblr後，該公司20日宣佈旗下的照片分享網站「Flickr」全新改版，不只照片版面變大、還免費奉送1TB(1024GB)的儲存空間。

CNET和PCMAG.com報導，雅虎執行長Marissa Mayer 20日在紐約時代廣場舉行記者會公佈Flickr的新介面。改版後的Flickr可上傳不經壓縮的高解析度照片，畫質更好更清晰；用戶同時享有1TB的免費儲存空間，可存放537,731張高解析度照片。

為了讓用戶能隨時隨地用手機、平板上傳照片，Flickr針對Android和蘋果iOS平台都推出專屬app應用程式，照片經過修改、編輯後解析度也不會降低。雅虎表示，Flickr有8,900萬使用者，站內共有80億張照片。

近來臉書照片分享網站Instagram興起，Flickr地位漸受威脅。Mayer大刀闊斧改革，鎖定年輕族群出擊，力保能和對手臉書、Google一較高下。雅虎同時在記者會上宣佈Tumblr收購案。
