美麗灣高掛布條 海灘免費開放

（中央社記者盧太城台東縣20日電）環團質疑美麗灣渡假村管理的杉原海水浴場，沙灘私有化。業者最近在飯店高牆掛出「海灘公共開放，縣民50年免費入場」。

台東縣政府自5月1日起開放美麗灣渡假村前的杉原海水浴場，委託美麗灣渡假村管理，至9月30日止，每天上午9時至下午6時。

美麗灣渡假村表示，海水浴場免費開放，但仍有民眾以為進入沙灘要收費；因此，業者掛出「海灘公共開放，縣民50年免費入場」的大布條，告訴往來人車，免費入場。

除了高掛布條，海水浴場開放的宣傳海報，也特別使用「大家的海水浴場」字眼。

美麗灣渡假村表示，雖然只是代管單位，但為了淨灘、安全遊憩及生態環境，投入大量心力；現場還有4、5名合格的救生員進駐輪值，還提供免費盥洗設備以及免費趴板、衝浪教學、沙灘排球等，歡迎民眾前往戲水。1020520
