    　台中市西區民龍里每逢端午節前全里動員包粽同樂，昨日搶先過節！婆婆媽媽一字排開包粽，親手製作兩千顆、一百串的粽子，免費分送給里內低收入戶及獨居老人；財團法人無極證道院社會福利慈善事業基金會，也在北屯區包六千粽助弱勢。

    　民龍里長吳國楨說，活動由該里辦公處、民龍里福德祠管理委員會舉辦。前一天愛心志工就開始動員清洗粽葉、泡米和炒餡料等事前作業，沒想到肉粽太香，竟有路過民眾聞香停車想買粽子；愛心粽只送不賣，只好對民眾說抱歉。

    　吳國楨說，包粽活動今年剛好十周年，愛心粽數量從最初的數十串逐年增高，至今已包到一百串；負責包粽的婆婆媽媽從沒喊過辛苦，有人還從媽媽身分、包粽包到當阿嬤，樂在其中。
